The Poor & the Hanged is a game on the intersection of work, crime, and punishment in London during the late 17th to early 19th centuries. To be more precise, one might say it is about how the London poor got food into their stomachs and found ropes put around their necks.

I wrote it in late 2007 for a contest and play-tested it once.
